I have real life practical experience of running operations for PLC’s and running my own business. This practical hands-on experience enables me to understand the disputes parties often find themselves deeply embroiled in. Disputes to date include but are not limited to commercial contract, debt, franchise and white label and shareholder with values from points of principle to millions. I am comfortable working with high media profiles and litigation in person.

I have mediated a number of varying workplace disputes in different sectors working with different personality types and across different managerial levels.

Gambling

I have mediated a complete range of gambling disputes ranging from 5 figures to 7 figures. Disputes mediated between brands and private clients include bet disputes, licence jurisdiction disputes, affordability disputes and others. I am the assigned mediator for IBAS and am recognised as the goto mediator for gambling disputes.

Neighbourhood

I have settled numerous neighbourhood disputes including boundary issues, noise, harassment, building disputes and others
