I charge a fixed fee of £595 for a Workplace Mediation for 2 people

 

All meetings take place through a mixture of phone, video and face to face.

 

Any room hire costs are an additional expense

 

The above fee includes

Initial consultation with relevant person outlining the scenario.

Email and phone instructions to the parties to introduce, cover process and answer any

initial questions.

 

3 1st session, 1.5

Private session with each party (potential total of 6 hours). The need for a 2nd session is dependent

on scenario and requirements from 1st session.

 

4 2nd session

(if needed) 1

hour per party

2 hours If required a 2nd private session to conclude previous discussions and focus on what is required for

the joint meeting (if there is to be one).

5 Joint Meeting

2.5 hours

2.5 hours  

A joint meeting facilitating dialogue between both parties to close previous issues and look at a way

forwards including agreeing any outcomes and / or outcome statements.
