I charge a fixed fee of £795 for a Workplace Mediation for 2 people
All meetings take place through a mixture of phone, video and face to face.
Any room hire costs are an additional expense
The above fee includes

| 1 | Up to 1 hour | 1 hour | Initial consultation with referring person outlining the scenario. |
| 2 | Up to 1 hour per person | 2 hours | Email introduction to both parties with mediation process outlined, send mediation agreement, suggest Private Meeting dates and to allow any burning questions. |
| 3 | 1st session, 1.5 hour per party | 3 hours | Private session with each party to give comfort and clarity about the mediation process, discuss the dispute, understand positions, discuss views on way forwards and answer any questions. |
| 4 | 2nd session (if needed) 1 hour per party | 2 hours | A check in meeting to set the scene for the joint mediation sessions, ensure opening statements are clear and cover any questions the client may have since the previous private meeting discussion |
| 5 | Joint Meeting 2.5 hours | 2.5 hours | A joint meeting facilitating dialogue between both parties to close previous issues and look at a way forwards including agreeing any outcomes and / or outcome statements. |
